We ran a series of live Twitter chats via the NAB account. Each week for six weeks a different expert would tweet about their area of expertise. We covered topics like gardening, antiques and making your home eco-friendly. This was to show that NAB are the experts in home loans, but not everything else to do with the home.
I conducted a pre-chat interview with each of the experts and wrote some tweets to encourage engagement. On the night of the sessions I wrote the tweets based on what the expert said and managed the expectations of NAB staff who were present. I also designed the process of the sessions so that everything ran smoothly.
